About the Ohio Hornets Basketball Club (OHBC)
The OHBC is a non-profit organization that offers both girls and boys (grades 2-8) the opportunity to learn and implement the fundamental skills of basketball, develop leadership capabilities, build long lasting friendships, give back to the community and compete against top level competition.
The OHBC will provide our youth the opportunity to develop their basketball skills by providing Elementary developmental program in the Fall, Competitive GBA and AAU travel teams in the Spring and Skills Clinics and Camps in the Summer. Ohio Hornets travel team(s) provide a platform in which our youth will learn how to compete at a high level, build & grow their fundamental and advanced basketball skills, develop leadership skills, and build lasting friendships.
As part of the OHBC mission, every club member will be expected to participate in at least one community outreach opportunity per year. We believe this to be vital to the overall development of our youth athletes.
